A: We craft our pieces using solid sterling silver, 18ct gold vermeil (4-micron coating), and high-quality gemstones like 5A CZ and sapphires.

Q: Is your jewellery handmade?
A: Yes, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision, making each item truly unique, Some pieces are Hand crafted in Bali indoneasia also.

Q: Can I wear your jewellery every day?
A: Absolutely! Our solid sterling silver pieces are waterproof and designed for daily wear. Just clean them occasionally to maintain their shine.

Q: How do I care for my J-Line jewellery?
A: Use our polishing cloth to keep your pieces sparkling. For more tips, check our care guide.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders- Please leave us a note at checkout to let us know its a gift and we will also not include the packing slip.

Workshops

Q: What can I expect in your jewellery workshops?
A: You'll learn the art of Lost Wax casting and design your own one-of-a-kind piece. Each class is 2 hours, hands-on, and suitable for beginners and experienced creators alike.

Q: What’s included in the workshop fee?
A: All tools, materials (wax, up to 15g sterling silver), gemstone options, and expert guidance are included. Plus, your piece can be cast in sterling silver, 18ct gold vermeil, or solid gold. (gold options are at a higher cost)

Q: Are group bookings available?
A: Yes! We cater to corporate groups, birthdays, and even holiday events. It’s the perfect creative bonding experience. 6-15 people also offer big discounts for groups.

Q: What’s the age limit for workshops?
A: Our workshops are for ages 12 and up. Safety is our priority, and each participant will be given a safety briefing before using tools like soldering irons and jewellery saws.

Q: How long does it take to receive my finished piece?
A: After your workshop, your piece will be cast and completed within 15-20 days.

Q: What is fingerprint jewellery?
A: Fingerprint jewellery captures the unique print of a loved one, preserving their essence in a custom piece made just for you. It’s perfect for cherishing memories or celebrating milestones.

Q: Can I use my pet's print?
A: Yes, we can create beautiful fingerprint pieces using prints from pets, infants, and adults alike.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Once we receive your impression kit back, it takes 15-20 days to complete your custom jewellery.

Q: Are there specific instructions for taking the impressions?
A: Yes, we provide a detailed guide with your kit. Feel free to send us photos of your impressions before mailing them back, so we can ensure everything is perfect.

Q: What happens if my impression isn’t usable?
A: If the impression isn’t usable, we’ll notify you. You can retake it, but there will be a $40 fee for a replacement kit.

Custom-Made to Order Designs

Q: Can I design my own custom jewellery?
A: Yes! We specialise in bespoke designs. You can work with us to create a custom piece tailored to your vision.

Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: Custom pieces generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and materials.

Q: What’s the process for custom orders?
A: First, we discuss your ideas and sketch designs. Once the design is approved, we move on to casting, setting, and polishing.

Q: Do you offer consultations for custom orders?
A: Absolutely. We offer free design consultations to make sure your vision is brought to life.

Q: Can I use my own gemstones in a custom piece?
A: Yes, we can incorporate your own stones into the design. Just let us know during the consultation, please keep in mind using your own gems are at your own risk and there can be mishaps and breakages with our third party handling with the casting houses

Q: Where is your jewellery made? 

A. Our jewellery is all designed here in Australia, then casted here in Asutralia. then filed and polished by Janella the owner. We do have other designs in the collective that is handcrafted and made in Bali Ubud, and we have a fantastic relationship with our artistians there for almost a decade now.- Please note all workshops pieces, made to order pieces and One-of-A-Kind pieces are all hand made started and finished in Australia only!

What is fingerprint jewellery?

Fingerprint jewellery captures the unique print of a loved one, preserving their essence in a custom piece made just for you. It’s perfect for cherishing memories or celebrating milestones

Can I use my pet's print?

Yes, we can create beautiful fingerprint pieces using prints from pets, dog paws and nose prints are most popular, you can also do the same for your cat and any other animal really that has a surface to imprint on.

How long does the process take?

Once I receive your impression kit back, it takes 15-20 days to complete your custom jewellery, each piece is handmade by me, Janella.

Are there specific instructions for taking the impressions?

Yes, we provide a detailed guide with your kit. Feel free to send us photos of your impressions before mailing them back, so we can ensure everything is perfect.

What happens if my impression isn’t usable?

If the impression isn’t usable, we’ll notify you. You can retake it, but there will be a $40 fee for a replacement kit.- Please note if you are unsure while making your moulds, please send me photos so i can approve them if you are unsure.

Why are family bar pendants the same cost?, they look bigger!

They may look bigger, however it is just the way the wax is rolled and when three prints are pressed into it and how hard your press, it can make the pendant seem larger, but its all about weight when coming to casting in precious metals, not size! which makes each fingerprint extra unique.

Can I get you to help with the moulds?

Of course, this can deffinatly be an option, as long as you are on the Gold Coast, We can make a time and day and get you and your loved ones in and even pets, I am even happy to take photos of these precious moments getting made too.

Can I get more than 1 type of pendant made?

Yes of course, you can get as many pendants made as you like. at checkout just select the ones you want made and When i send your kit I will add the correct wax in your kit to make the moulds you need.

Can you just get pendants, without chain?

Yes! There is a pendant only option when choosing your pieces. please let me know what chain you will be using and the thickness so i can make the top loop big enough for your chain you have at home.

Is it possible to get multiple pendants of the exact same mould?

Yes! This is our master moulds Ad on option- simply make (1) mould then add the master mould to your cart with your purchase. what this means it you can get this one mould duplicated as many times as you like. this is a great gift option for family members.
