All orders are sent via Australia Post's Standard Service can take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch (not including weekends). In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia for $10.00 These orders will be sent with Couriers Please or Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you are located outside of Australia, we offer two services:

Rest of the world (excluding countries listed below)
-Flat Rate $24.00
- Delivery between 10-20 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)
- Fully trackable (Must leave email address to get tracking, if no email NO tracking)
Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are dispatched the next business day, Please keep in mind J-LINE is a one gal business so orders can take longer to pack and post. But Ill do my best to stick to the next business day posting.
Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Please make sure you put an e-mail address on the purchase at checkout so you can receive all your tracking information. If you do fail to do this please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org . Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. J-LINE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
- Iran, Islamic Republic Of
- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)
- Saudi Arabia
Please note we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
WHAT DO WE SHIP YOUR JEWELLERY IN
We hand package each item, making sure they are all correct. We package your precious jewels in our signature custom made draw jewellery boxes, or in a velvet custom pouch, to keep your jewellery safe while in transit. we then send them in Custom logo post mailer bags, which are 100% compostable. Here at J-Line we care about the environment, and we pride our selves to make sure we source eco friendly mailers, reusable boxes and pouches for all our orders. Each order comes with a free custom polish cloth & Care commandment card.
