RETURNS

Why would you want to return something so damn good?
If you must, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit ONLY. If you bought Earrings, Unfortunately that’s a done deal.

We won't accept returns for the following:

Jewellery that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway.

SALE ITEMS- All sale items are final.

Items without a email with your order # and the reasons for the return.

Before you send it back to us, you must email us with the order # to jlinedesigns@gmail.com Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email so we know what the reason is!

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

 

STORE CREDITS

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
