Our new Dainty Fingerprint Impression Ring is a delicate way to carry someone special with you, every day. Your ring can feature 1–2 fingerprint impressions, making it a beautiful keepsake for partners, family, children, or even a special reminder of yourself.

Want to make it even more personal? You can add grain-set gemstones to the ring for a little extra sparkle and meaning. Choose your stones, your fingerprints and your metal to create a piece that feels completely personal to you.

Available in sterling silver, solid brass or solid gold, each ring is made to order and finished with your chosen fingerprint impressions.

The Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a Fingerprint Kit in the mail with instructions on how to get the best impressions. There are will be 3 pieces ring wax moulds per fingerprint kit ordered - ensure that you use all 3 as it's good for me to have options and pick the perfect mould.

To create the fingerprint in metal, I use traditional lost wax casting. This process is very organic and the outcome varies. As a result, each piece is handmade and takes approximately 15-25 business days from when I receive the finished wax impressions back from you until you receive a dispatch notification.

Due to the nature of lost wax casting, 1 wax print = 1 finished fingerprint.

If you need to duplicate a wax print, you will need to purchase a Master Mould.

Care Commandments

Bathe Bare: Although our jewellery can be worn in water we do lightly suggest, Midnight swims and spontaneous dips are for you, not your precious jewellery.

Mind the Chemistry: Precious metals and porous gems like turquoise, quartz crystals & pearls don’t mix with ammonia, chlorine, or chemicals in cleaners, perfumes, and lotions. Spray and lather your lotions into your skin first then bling your body.

Shine with Love: Polish with a 100% cotton cloth or use our jewellery cleaning cloth.

Solid brass & our Vermeil options: Avoid contact with water, sweating.

Your special piece will be packed with care after 15-25 days of receiving your kit with complete moulds back. you will be notified via email every step of the way, then given tracking once shipped.

Terms & Conditions

These prints are naturally organic, so each piece will be unique in shape, size, and finish. No two pieces are ever the same. Your finished piece will be as good as the print you take, so it’s crucial to read the instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please reach out—I’m always happy to review photos of your waxes before you send them back.

While I can fix small imperfections, the impression you take is mostly how it will turn out in metal. If the impressions aren’t taken correctly or can’t be used, a $40 fee applies for a new kit to try again.

For children under 1, their fingerprints aren’t fully developed. I use a special method for infant impressions from birth, detailed in the instructions. Take a moment to review the infant impression option to familiarize yourself with the look of these impressions before placing your order.
